Aloo Sabzi Sandwich | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Utilize your daily sabzi leftovers to make a flavoursome sandwich. This delicous Indian twist makes this dish a special one!

ALOO SABZI SANDWICH

Ingredients

1 cup leftover aloo sabzi
8 bread slices
1 medium onion
2 medium tomatoes
Butter for spreading
Green chutney for spreading
Chaat masala for sprinkling
Salt to taste for sprinkling

Method

1. Thinly slice the onion and tomatoes.
2. Preheat a non-stick griller.
3. Place bread slices on a worktop, spread some butter and green chutney on half breads. Put some aloo sabzi over and spread evenly.
4. Put some tomato slices and sprinkle some chaatmasala and salt. Place some onion slices and again sprinkle some more salt and chaatmasalaon top.
5. Cover the prepared breads with remaining bread slices, apply some butter on top. Place the sandwiches in hot grill toaster and grill till golden from both sides.
6. Cut into triangles and serve hot.
