Aloo Tikki Chana Chaat
Ingredients for Aloo Tikki:
Boiled potatoes (mashed) 1/2 kg
Green coriander 1 cup
Red chili powder 1 tbsp.
Salt 1 tsp / to taste
Dried pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp.
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Shan Chaat Masala 2-3 tbsp.
Onion (chopped) 1/2 cup
Green chilies (chopped) 3-4
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Green coriander (chopped) 1/2 cup
Beaten eggs as required
All-purpose flour 2 cups

Ingredients for Imli Chutney:
Mint leaves 3 tbsp.
Tamarind pulp 1 cup
Black salt 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp.
Oil (for frying) as required

Ingredients for Chana Chaat:
White chickpeas (boiled) 2 cups
Imli chutney as required
Shan Chaat Masala 2-3 tbsp.

Ingredients for Assembling:
Aloo Tikki as required
Yogurt as required
Sev as required
Chana chaat as required
Green coriander (chopped) as required
Pomegranate as required
Shan Chaat Masala as required

Directions for Aloo Tikki Preparation:
1. In a bowl add potatoes, coriander, red chili powder, cumin seeds, salt, pomegranate seeds, Shan chaat masala, onion, red chili flakes, green chilies, and green coriander and mix well.
2. Take potato mixture in hands and make a tikki shape.
3. Coat the prepared tikki in flour and dip in beaten eggs.
4. Heat oil in a pan and fry the aloo tikki from each side until golden brown.
5. Your Aloo Tikki is ready. Set aside.
Directions for Imli Chutney Preparation:
6. In a glass jar add mint leaves, tamarind pulp, black salt, salt, sugar and blend well into smooth paste. Your tamarind sauce is ready.
Directions for Chana Chaat Preparation:
7. In a bowl add boiled chickpeas, tamarind sauce and Shan chaat masala. Mix well and your Chana chaat is ready.
Directions for Assembling:
8. In a dish add Chana chaat, aloo tikki, yogurt, sev, coriander, pomegranate, Shan chaat masala and serve.
9. Your Aloo Tikki Chana Chaat is ready.
