Sindhi Aloo Tuk is a quick and easy to make Starter/Snack or side-dish. Aloo Tuk tastes best when had hot but It is so yummy that it never remains in a plate for long. A simple dish but an all-time favourite.

Ingredients:

300 gms Baby Potatoes
Salt to taste
1 tsp Red Chilli powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Chaat masala
1/2 tsp Amchur
Oil for deep frying
