Today I'm meeting up with Thyda, a local Khmer YouTuber. She's going to prepare village style Cambodian foods. We're trying the national dish of Cambodia : Amok. Amok is a coconut fish curry steamed in banana leaves. So soft, creamy and tender. Using local snakehead fish from the Mekong river this was my favorite dish of the day! Thyda also prepared Nuum Baan Chok a rice noodle dish and a unique Coca-Cola roast chicken you have to see!Huge thank you to Thyda and Duune!
