Ambur Chicken Masala Biryani INGREDIENTS:Whole garam masala - 1 tspOnion - 1 noSalt - As Per TasteMint leaves - 1 bunchCoriander leaves - 1 bunchTomato - 1 no.Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp Red chilli powder - 1 tspTurmeric powder - ½ tspChicken - 500 gms Oil - As RequiredBasmati Rice (soaked) - 1 cupGhee - 1 tspLemon - 1 no.Wheat flour - 1 cupDIRECTIONS:Heat some oil in a pan, add whole garam masalas, onion, salt. Saute it till it turns brown in colour. In this add mint leaves, coriander leaves, tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder some turmeric powder and cook them until all the raw flavour are gone.Now add the chicken pieces, curd, water,and mix it well, check the salt cook it till it turns transparent in colour.Afterwards heat water in a pan, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, oil, and soaked basmati rice. Cook it until the rice is 80% cooked.
