Make it and serve it to your family, they will love it!AMLA MOJITOIngredients5-6 Indian gooseberries (amla)½ cup sugarSalt to taste¼ tsp black slat1 tsp red chilli powder½ tsp roasted cumin powder½ tsp black saltLemon wedge for rimmingLemon slices for garnishIce cubes as requiredDrinking soda as requiredMint sprigs for garnishMethod1. Roughly chop 4 amla and finely chop the remaining 2.2. Heat 1 cup water and add roughly chopped amla to it and cook for 2-3 minutes. Drain in an ice cold water and set aside.3. Add finely chopped amla to the same pan, add sugar, salt and cook till the sugar dissolves and allow to cool completely.4. Add the boiled amla to a blender jar, add ¼ cup water and blend to a fine paste. 5. Take red chilli powder in a plate, add roasted cumin powder, black salt and salt. Mix well. 6. Rim the glass with lime wedge and dip the glass in prepared spice mix.7. Strain the amla paste in a bowl.8. Add the strained amla juice to the serving glass, add ice cubes, lemon slices, mint sprigs, amla sugar syrup and finally top it up with drinking soda.9. Garnish it with amla and mint sprig.
