Though Amritsari Nutri Kulcha Gravy is a pure veg gravy, it looks and tastes just like a non-veg gravy. Unless told, nobody will be able to make out that this is a veg gravy. People mistake it for mutton gravy. The taste is awesome. This Amritsari Nutri Kulcha is a street food and is served piping hot with kulchas. So without wasting time, let us head into Indian Mom's Kitchen and make this yummy Amritsari Nutri Kulcha gravy.

Ingredients:
2 cups Water
2 tsp Tea leaves
ok
10 Lehsun/Garlic cloves
1 inch Adrak/Ginger
3 Hari Mirch/Green Chillies
2 Tomatoes
2 tsp Red Chilli powder
2 tsp Dhania/Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Haldi/Turmeric powder
1 tsp Jeera/Cumin powder
1 tbsp Amchur/Dry Mango powder
2 tbsp Anardana/Pomegranate seed powder
2 tbsp Soya sauce (video already uploaded)
1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
A little Water
A pan of Water
Salt
1&1/2 Cup Soya chunks
1 tbsp Ghee
Again 2 tbsp Ghee
1/2 tsp Jeera/Cumin
2 Onions
Salt to taste
A pinch of Baking Soda
1 tbsp Kasuri Methi
1/2 tsp Garam masala
2 Hari Mirch/Green Chillies
Few Ginger pieces
Few Dhania/Coriander leaves
