Heat butter and oil in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds and sauté till fragrant. Add onion and green chillies and sauté till onion turns brown.2. Break eggs in a bowl and whisk well. 3. Add tomatoes and salt to the pan, mix well and cook on medium heat till tomatoes turn soft and pulpy.4. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder and cumin powder and mix well. Add chopped coriander and mix well. Add eggs, mix and cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.5.
