Make and enjoy this tastyAnda Chana Kofta Recipe and share your feedback with us.#AndaChanaKofta #AndaChanaKoftaRecipe #breakfastrecipesAnda Chana Kofta Recipe in English.Ingredients for kofta:1/2 kg Chicken mince1 tbsp red chili flakesSalt to taste1 tsp Turmeric powder1 tsp Garam masala powder1 tsp Cumin powder1 tbsp Green chilies (chopped)1 cup Onion (chopped)1 tsp Coriander powder1 tsp Red chili powder1/2 cup Gram flour (roasted)2 tbsp OilIngredients for gravy:1 cup Onion2 tbsp Oil1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste1 cup Tomatoes (blended)1 tsp TurmericSalt to taste1/4 tsp Garam masala1 tsp Coriander powder3-4 Cloves5-6 Black pepper whole1/2 inch Cinnamon stick4 Green chilies (whole)4 Eggs (boiled)1 cup Chickpea1 tsp Cumin powder1 tbsp Red chili powderCoriander chopped (for garnish)Ginger julienne (for garnish)Directions:In a bowl add mince, red chili flakes, salt, turmeric, garam masala, cumin powder, green chilies, onion, coriander powder, red chili powder and gram flour.Mix all these ingredients well and then make small round balls out of it.In a pan heat oil and deep fry on low medium heat for about 7 to 8 minutes. Set aside.Directions for gravy:Soak chickpea overnight then boil for almost 30 minutes until they are done.Heat oil in a pan, add onion cook until translucent.Then add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.Then add cloves, black pepper, cinnamon stick, red chili powder, turmeric, salt, coriander powder, cumin powder and mix it well.Add blended tomatoes and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
