Anda Chana Kofta Recipe in English.
Ingredients for kofta:
1/2 kg Chicken mince
1 tbsp red chili flakes
Salt to taste
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Garam masala powder
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 tbsp Green chilies (chopped)
1 cup Onion (chopped)
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Red chili powder
1/2 cup Gram flour (roasted)
2 tbsp Oil
Ingredients for gravy:
1 cup Onion
2 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 cup Tomatoes (blended)
1 tsp Turmeric
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp Coriander powder
3-4 Cloves
5-6 Black pepper whole
1/2 inch Cinnamon stick
4 Green chilies (whole)
4 Eggs (boiled)
1 cup Chickpea
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 tbsp Red chili powder
Coriander chopped (for garnish)
Ginger julienne (for garnish)

Directions:
In a bowl add mince, red chili flakes, salt, turmeric, garam masala, cumin powder, green chilies, onion, coriander powder, red chili powder and gram flour.
Mix all these ingredients well and then make small round balls out of it.
In a pan heat oil and deep fry on low medium heat for about 7 to 8 minutes. Set aside.
Directions for gravy:
Soak chickpea overnight then boil for almost 30 minutes until they are done.
Heat oil in a pan, add onion cook until translucent.
Then add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
Then add cloves, black pepper, cinnamon stick, red chili powder, turmeric, salt, coriander powder, cumin powder and mix it well.
Add blended tomatoes and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Then add water as required.
Then add boiled chickpea, garam masala, green chilies, water and cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
Later add cooked koftay, boiled egg and mix well.
Garnish with coriander and ginger and serve tasty Anda Chana Kofta.
Preparation time: 15-20 minutes
Cooking time: 45-50 minutes
Serving: 4-5 persons
