A simple whole-wheat paratha layered with an egg mixture and Olpers Cheese is what this breakfast recipe is all about.#OlpersCheese #1Glass1Slice #ToastKaNayaFriend #BreakfastKiJaan #foodfusion #happycookingtoyou #digitalammi Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/434eDqHRecipe in English:Ingredients:Prepare Filling:-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 small-Tamatar (Tomato) chopped 1 medium-Hari mirch (Green chillies) chopped 1-2-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) tsp or to taste -Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed tsp-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs-Anday (Eggs) 2Prepare Dough:-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 Cups-Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste-Water Cup or as required-Olpers Tarrka Desi Ghee 1 tsp-Olpers Tarrka Desi Ghee tbs-Olpers Tarrka Desi Ghee 1-2 tbs-Olpers Tarrka Desi Ghee 1-2 tbs -Olpers Mozzarella cheese as required-Olpers cheddar cheese as required-Olpers Tarrka Desi Ghee tbs Directions:Prepare Filling:-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,onion & saut until translucent.-Add tomato & mix well.-Add green chillies,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.-Add red chilli powder,salt,cumin seeds,fresh coriander,mix well & cook until tomatoes are soft (2-3 minutes).-Add eggs,mix gently & cook on medium flame for 1-2 minutes.-Let it cool (enough for 2 parathas).Prepare Dough:-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt & mix well.-Gradually add water,mix well & knead until dough is formed.-Grease with desi ghee,cover & let it rest for 30 minutes.-Take a small dough (130g),make a ball,sprinkle dry flour & roll out with the help of rolling pin.-Add & spread desi ghee,sprinkle dry flour & cut into thin strips with the help of cutter.-Gather all layers together,stretch slightly then roll the dough & twist the dough into a ball.-In a dish,add desi ghee,place all dough balls,cover with a cling film & let it rest for 15 minutes.-On a clean surface,place the dough ball,press gently,sprinkle dry flour & roll out with the help of rolling pin.-Heat griddle,add desi ghee & let it melt. -Place paratha & cook on medium flame from both sides.-On one side of paratha,add mozzarella cheese,prepared filling,cheddar cheese & flip the other side of paratha over it & cook from both sides with desi ghee until cheese melts (makes 4) & serve!Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:Prepare Filling:-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 small-Tamatar (Tomato) chopped 1 medium-Hari mirch (Green chillies) chopped 1-2-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) tsp or to taste -Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed tsp-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs-Anday (Eggs) 2Prepare Dough:-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 Cups-Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste-Water Cup or as required-Olpers Tarrka Desi Ghee 1 tsp-Olpers Tarrka Desi Ghee tbs-Olpers Tarrka Desi Ghee 1-2 tbs-Olpers Tarrka Desi Ghee 1-2 tbs -Olpers Mozzarella cheese as required-Olpers cheddar cheese as required-Olpers Tarrka Desi Ghee tbs Directions:Prepare Filling:-Frying pan mein cooking oil aur pyaz dal dein aur translucent hunay tak saute ker lein.-Tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.-Hari mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.-Lal mirch powder,namak,zeera aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur tamatar naram ho janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes).-Anday dal ker gently mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.-Thanda ker lein (enough for 2 parathas).Prepare Dough:-Bowl mein maida aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.-Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.-Dough ko desi ghee sa grease karein aur dhak ker 30 minutes kliya chor dein.-Chota dough (130g) lein aur ball bana lein,maida chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.-Desi ghee dal ker pheela lein,maida chirak dein aur cutter ki madad sa thin strips mein cut ker lein.-Tamam layers ko gather ker lein,slightly stretch karein aur dough ko roll ker ka ball bana lein.-Dish mein desi ghee dal dein aur dough balls rakh dein,cling film sa cover karein aur 15 minutes kliya chor dein.-Clean working surface per dough ball ker ka press ker lein,maida chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.-Tawa garam karein aur desi ghee dal ker melt ker lein.-Paratha rakh dein aur darmiyani ancch per dono side sa paka lein.-Paratha ki ek side per mozzarella cheese,tayyar filling & cheddar cheese dal dein,dosri side ko flip ker lein aur dono sides ko desi ghee mein cheese melt ho janay tak paka lein (makes 4) & serve karein!
