Meetha Paan is a popular traditional Indian mouth freshener made by wrapping a mixture of chopped betel nuts, fennel seeds, cardamom seeds, cloves, and other flavorings in a betel leaf. The filling may also include grated coconut, rose petal preserve, or various types of syrup to add sweetness to the paan.
