Grind coriander leaves, mint leaves, lemon juice, chopped green chillies, garam masala powder, cumin seed powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, black pepper powder, salt2. After grinding, add 1 tbsp of water and grind it again 3. Now, take this marination and coat the chicken with it, evenly 4. Cover the chicken bowl and let it rest for 1 hour5. Now, heat oil in a pressure cooker, and to this hot oil add curry leaves and black peppercorns6. Stir it up and add marinated chicken in the cooker7. Fry it and keep stirring, and now add 1/2 cup water8. Close the lid and let it cook on a high flame up to 4 whistles9. Once cooked, turn down the flame 10. Now, to thicken the gravy make slurry using cornflour and salt and water11. Add salt to the cornflour along with 1 tbsp water12. Mix it, and add it inside the pressure cooker 13.
