सौंफ की चाय | Aniseed tea | Tea Story | Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi | chefharpalsingh

Aniseed, Fennel or Saunf is widely used as a flavoring Agent. This has a distinct flavor and medicinal properties. Tea made with this is certainly refreshing and flavorful.

Ingredients
• Water 1 1/2 cup
• Ani or Fennel seeds 2 tsp
• Cardamom powder ¼ tsp
• Tea leaves 2 tsp
• Sugar 2 tsp
• Milk ½ cup

Method
1. In a pan heat water and bring to a boil
2. add Aniseeds and boil for 2-3 mins
3. Add cardamom powder , tea leaves, sugar and bring to a boil
4. Add milk and bring to a boil
5. Turn off heat and Strain the tea
6. Transfer to a cup and serve hot.
