Annin Tofu (Almond Jelly) Recipe | Cooking with Dog

Annin Tofu, an easy Chinese dessert is especially delicious on hot weather days! You won't be able to resist the furu-furu jelly-like texture.

How to Make Almond Jelly

300ml Milk (10.1 fl oz)
100ml Water (3.4 fl oz)
40g Granulated Sugar (1.4 oz)

1½ tbsp Chinese Almond Powder (apricot kernel powder)
* be sure not to confuse this with regular almond powder

2 tbsp Water
5g Gelatin Powder (0.2 oz)

- Syrup -
20g Granulated Sugar (0.7 oz)
80ml Hot Water (2.7 fl oz)

Kiwi Fruit
Orange
or substitute: Strawberry or Goji Berries
