Christmas is just an excuze to make a batch of this delicious apple and cranberry jam. APPLE CRANBERRY JAMIngredients4 medium red apples1 cup dried cranberries 2 lemons 1 inch cinnamon 1 cup sugarA pinch of cinnamon powderMethod1. Halve lemons and apples. 2. Pour some water in a bowl. Add lemon juice and grate in halved apples. 3. Heat a deep non-stick pan. Add cranberries and 2-3 tablespoons water, mix and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 4. Add broken cinnamon and sugar, mix and cook till sugar it melts. 5. Squeeze out excess water from grated apples, add to cranberry mixture, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes. 6. Add 2-3 tablespoons water, mix, cover and cook for 5-6 minutes. Add 2-3 tbsps water, mix, cover and cook for 5 minutes. 7. Discard the cinnamon from the jam and coarsely blend the mixture using a hand blender. Add cinnamon powder and mix well. 8.
