Apple Faloodeh

Liora is back on Nosh & Nibble, brought to you by Kosher.com and PJ Library (https://pjlibrary.org/about-pj-library)! Liora is Ukranian, Persian, and American, and loves to make her family recipes her own. Today she's making Apple Faloodeh, a traditional Iranian treat for breaking the fast after Yom Kippur. Liora shows us how to make this drink-meets-dessert, and shows us a melon alternative that's perfect for Sukkot as well!

Get the recipe:
4 large apples, peeled and coarsely grated (recommend using a sweet apple, like Gala)
2 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons rose water
3 cups water
ice cubes
