Cook until sugar dissolves.-Add food color and mix well.-Add apple slices, lemon juice and cardamom powder, mix it.-Cover and cook until apples are soft and sugar syrup is thick. (Approx. 30-35 minutes) and let it cool.-Apple murabba is ready.Tips:-You can store at room temperature or refrigerate.-Always use clean and dry jars.-Don’t use wet or used spoon.Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:-Paani (Water) 2 cups-Cheeni (Sugar) 2 cups-Laung (Cloves) 4-Zarde ka rang (Food color) 1 pinch-Saib (Golden apples) cut & peeled ½ kg medium-Leemo ka rus (Lemon juice) 1 tbs-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ½ tspDirection:-Apples ko cut ker k peel karein aur apple slices ko namak walay pani mein 15 minutes kliya chor dein. (Namak (salt) ½ tsp + pani (water) cold 2 cup or as required)-Pot mein pani,cheeni aur laung dal ker ubal anay aur cheeni ghul janay tak paka lein.-Zarde ka rang dal ker mix karein.-Saib ka slices,leemo ka rus aur elaichi powder dal ker mix ker lein.-Dhak ker saib gul janay aur sheera garha hunay tak paka lein. (Approx.30-35 minutes) aur thanda ker lein.-Saib ka murabba tayyar hai.Tips:-App is ko room temperature mein store ker sakte han ya phr refrigerate ker lein.-Hamasha saaf aur sukha jar istamal karein.-Geela or jhoota chamcha istamal na karein.-
