Arabic Chicken Shorba Recipe By Food Fusion #foodfusion #happycookingtoyou Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/3kFmTvTServes 3-4Recipe in English:Ingredients:-Tamatar (Tomatoes) 2 medium-Gajar (Carrot) 1 medium-Water Cup or as required -Darchini (Cinnamon sticks) 2-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 2-Laung (Cloves) 3-4-Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) 1 tsp-Tez patta (Bay leaf) 1-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs-Pyaz (White onion) chopped 1 Cup-Lehsan (Garlic) crushed 1 tbs-Boneless chicken preferably thigh pieces 350g-Paprika powder 1 tsp-Namak (Salt) 1 & tsp or to taste-Chicken stock cubes 2 (optional) -Water 2 litres or as required-Instant oats Cup-Lemon juice 1 tbs-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped Directions:-In a blender jug,add tomatoes,carrot,water,blend well & set aside.-In a bowl,place muslin cloth,add cinnamon sticks,green cardamom,cloves,black peppercorns,bay leaf & tie to make a potli (bouquet garni) & set aside.-In a pot,add cooking oil,white onion & saut until translucent.-Add garlic & mix well for a minute.-Add chicken & mix well until it changes color. -Add paprika powder,salt,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.-Add blended paste,mix well & cook on medium flame for 3-4 minutes.-Add chicken stock cubes & mix well.-Add prepared potli (bouquet garni),water,mix well & bring it to boil,cover & cook on low flame for 25-30 minutes.-Remove & discard potli (bouquet garni) & turn off the flame.-Mash the chicken with the help of masher.-Turn on the flame,add instant oats,mix well & bring it to boil,cover & cook on low flame for 15-20 minutes.-Add lemon juice,fresh coriander & mix well.-Sprinkle black pepper powder,fresh coriander & serve hot!Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:-Tamatar (Tomatoes) 2 medium-Gajar (Carrot) 1 medium-Water Cup or as required -Darchini (Cinnamon sticks) 2-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 2-Laung (Cloves) 3-4-Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) 1 tsp-Tez patta (Bay leaf) 1-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs-Pyaz (White onion) chopped 1 Cup-Lehsan (Garlic) crushed 1 tbs-Boneless chicken preferably thigh pieces 350g-Paprika powder 1 tsp-Namak (Salt) 1 & tsp or to taste-Chicken stock cubes 2 (optional) -Water 2 litres or as required-Instant oats Cup-Lemon juice 1 tbs-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped Directions:-Blender jug mein tamatar,gajar aur pani dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein & side per rakh dein.-Bowl mein malmal ka kapra rakh dein,darchini,hari elaichi,laung,sabut kali mirch aur tez patta dal dein aur tie ker ka pitli tayyar ker lein & side per rakh dein.-Pot mein cooking oil aur pyaz dal dein aur translucent hunay tak saut ker lein.-Lehsan dal dein aur ek minute kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Chicken dal dein aur rang tabdeel ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Paprika powder aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.-Blended paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 3-4 minutes kliya paka lein.-Chicken stock cubes dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.-Tayyar potli aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur halki ancch per 25-30 minutes kliya paka lein.-Potli ko nikal ket discard ker dein aur chulha bund ker dein.-Masher ki madad sa chicken ko ache tarhan mash ker lein.-Chulha on karein,instant oats dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur halki ancch per 15-20 minutes kliya paka lein.-Lemon juice aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Kali mirch crushed aur hara dhania dal ker garam serve karein!
