Try it and let us know ho you like it #happycookingtoyou #foodfusion #digitalammi #araywahh Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/3MJB1zkRecipe in English:Ingredients:Prepare Chicken Filling:-Cooking oil 2 tbs-Chicken qeema (Mince) 500g-Soy sauce 1 tbs-Hot sauce 2 tbs-Lemon juice 2 tsp-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 2 tsp-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed tsp-Paprika powder 1 tsp-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped 1 medium-Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 1 tbs-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs Prepare Dough:-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 3 Cups-Himalayan pink salt tsp-Ghee (Clarified butter) 2 tbs-Water 1 Cup or as required -Anda (Egg) 1 -Cooking oil for fryingDirections:Prepare Chicken Filling:-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,chicken mince & mix well until it changes color. -Add soy sauce,hot sauce,lemon juice,ginger garlic paste,pink salt,black pepper crushed,paprika powder,mix well & cook until it dries up (5-6 minutes). -Add onion,capsicum,green chilli,fresh coriander & mix well.-Let it cool.Prepare Dough:-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt,clarified butter & mix well until it crumbles. -Gradually add water & knead until dough is formed.-Grease with clarified butter,cover & let it rest for 30 minutes.-Take a small dough (100g) & make a ball,sprinkle dry flour & roll out into thin sheet with the help of rolling pin.-Add prepared chicken filling in the center of the dough,add egg on chicken filling & whisk lightly.-Now flip two opposite sides of the dough,apply water & flip two remaining sides.-In frying pan,heat cooking oil & fry paratha on low flame until golden & crispy (makes 6).Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:Prepare Chicken Filling:-Cooking oil 2 tbs-Chicken qeema (Mince) 500g-Soy sauce 1 tbs-Hot sauce 2 tbs-Lemon juice 2 tsp-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 2 tsp-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed tsp-Paprika powder 1 tsp-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped 1 medium-Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 1 tbs-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs Prepare Dough:-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 3 Cups-Himalayan pink salt tsp-Ghee (Clarified butter) 2 tbs-Water 1 Cup or as required -Anda (Egg) 1 -Cooking oil for fryingDirections:Prepare Chicken Filling:-Frying pan mein cooking oi aur chicken qeema dal dein aur rang tabdeel ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Soy sauce,hot sauce,lemon juice,adrak lehsan paste & paprika powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur sukh janay tak paka lein (5-6 minutes). -Pyaz,shimla mirch,hari mirch aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Thanda ker lein.Prepare Dough:-Bowl mein maida,namak aur ghee dal dein aur crumble ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.-Dough ko ghee sa grease karein aur dhak ker 30 minutes kliya chor dein.-Chota dough (100g) la ker ball bana lein,maida chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa thin sheet bail lein.-Dough ka center mein tayyar chicken stuffing dal dein aur slightly whisk ker lein.-Ab dough ki dono opposite sides ko flip ker lein aur pani laga ker baqi do remaining sides ko flip ker lein.-Frying pan mein cooking oil garam karein aur halki ancch per golden & crispy ho janay tak fry ker lein (makes 6).
