INGREDIENTS

ARBI 250 G
REDCHILLY 3 N
MUSTARD SEED ½ TS
FRNUGREEK SEEDS 1/4 TS
URAD DAL ½ TS
CURRY LEAVES 6 N
TURMARIC ¼ TS
CHOPPRD ONIONS ½ C
GINGER GARLIC PASTE 1 T
CHILLY POWDER 1TB
SAMBHAR POWDER 1 TB
TAMARIND JUICE ½ C
JAGGERY ¼ C
SALT



METHOD



Boil and peel Arbi cut them in length wide.

Heat oil in pan and fry the pieces of arbi and transfer to another plate,

Take same oil and add red chilly, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, urad dal, curry leaves, wait till they splitter, add turmeric and chopped onion and ginger garlic paste and chilly powder, sambhar powder, and tamarind juice. Add some water and jaggery, cover it with lid let it cook for 10 to 12 minutes and add arbi and mix it, cook it for 5 to 6 minutes and switch off the flame.

This curry is served hot with rice or chapatti.
