A very popular combination of aloo and ghobi cooked along with rice . This is a popular dish predominentaly in the areas of uttar pradesh

Ingredients:
Rice 3 cup
Water 5 c
Potato 250 g
Cauliflower florets 250 g
Green peas ½ c
Green chilly 3 n
Salt
Ginger garlic paste 1 tb
Turmeric
Cumin powder ½ ts
Coriander powder ½ ts
Whole garam masala (all) 2 n
Kasoori methi 1 ts
Chilly powder 1 ts
Yogurt 1 c
Fried onions ½ c
Ghee 2 tb
Shahi jeera 1 ts
Onions 1 c
Mint chopped 1 b
Coriander chopped
1 b
Directions:
Heat oil in a big pan and add whole garam masala, Shahi jeera, onions, sauté onions for 1 minute, add turmeric, ginger garlic paste, salt, reduce the flame and add green chilly, cumin powder, coriander powder, chilly powder, add yogurt , chopped mint, chopped coriander, potatoes, dried kasoori methi, lid on and cook for some time, add water, cauliflower, green peas, and rice (soak the rice for 1 hour) put the lid on and cook for this first 5 minutes put high flame and then put it in a low flame. Add some ghee, fried onions, put the lid on.
