Asian Crunch SaladFor the salad:1 spinach bunch 1 red pepper 1 cucumber Shredded purple cabbage For the dressing: 1/2 cup Gefen Creamy Peanut Butter2 tablespoons fresh lime juice or Heaven & Earth Lime Juice2 tablespoons rice vinegar2 tablespoons Gefen Soy Sauce1 teaspoon Manischewitz Honey1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil1/4 teaspoon ground ginger1 to 2 tablespoons water, as neededFor the crunch: Spring roll sheets Oil (for frying) 1 tsp. salt Cut your spring rolls sheets into thin strips Heat a pan up with oil (to fry) Once the oil is hot, place your spring roll strips into the hot oilWhen the strips are golden brown, take out the strips and place on a paper towel to collect excess oil Sprinkle salt on the top of the strips Assemble your favorite salad and top with the crunchy spring roll strips Enjoy
