Ingredients
-------------------
Taro root(chembu)- 3(cut in large pieces )
Raw plantain-2(cut in large pieces )
Yam(Chena)-2cup(cut in large pieces
Red cow beans-1/2cup
Turmeric powder-3/4 tsp
Curry leaves-few
Salt - To salt

For the paste(Coarsly ground adding little water)
-----------------------
Coconut-3/4 cup
Garlic - 3(small)
Green chilly-6
Cumin seeds -11/2tsp
Curry Leaves - few

Tadka
------------
Coconut oil-2tbsp
Mustard seeds-1tsp
Dry chilly-3
Curry leaves-few
Shallots - 8-10(sliced)
Coconut (grated)-1cup

Method
--------------
In a pressure cooker, add the plantain pieces, Taro root, yam, red cow beans, turmeric powder, salt and enough water
Cook untill one whistle (*cook untill 2whistle if you need the pieces to get mashed)
Mash the pieces with the ladle
Now add the coconut paste and mix well and cook till it starts boiling
and turn off the flame
In a pan add coconut oil and splutter mustard seeds, dry chillu, curry leaves, shallots and coconut
Fry till golden brown and add it to the curry and close with a lid for 5minutes
After 5minutes open and give a good mix
