Authentic Coriander Mint Chutney By Veena | India Food Network

Always confused how to make the perfect mother style Coriander Mint Chutney. Don't know the right quantities or that particular ingredient which add the tang to it.

Ingredients

1 bowl of coriander leaves washed and chopped
½ a bowl of mint leaves washed and chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tamarind soaked in water
1 ginger, finely chopped
½ tsp of jeera seeds
A pinch of sugar
1-2 chillies, finely chopped
6- 8 cloves of garlic
Salt to taste
