INGREDIENTS
Serve (8-10)

Arhar/ Toor Dal 1cup or 250 gm
Moong Dal 1/4 cup or 75 gm
Onion 2 Medium (chopped)
Tomato 2 Medium (chopped)
Green Chilli 2 (chopped)
Coriander leaves - to garnish
Garlic cloves 4-5 cloves
Ginger - 1 tsp grated
Dry Red Chilli - 2-3
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Salt - 2 tsp or as per taste
Asafoetida - 1 Pinch
Oil 4 tbsp
