AVOCADO BHELIngredients avocado1 tsp oil tsp turmeric powderSalt to taste1 cups puffed rice (kurmura)1 cup puffed wheat cup puffed barley (jau) cup puffed quinoa 1 tsp chaat masala1 large onion, finely chopped1 medium tomato, finely chopped2 green chillies, finely chopped1 tbsp lemon juiceBlack salt to taste1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander leaves + for garnish2 tbsps sev Crisp papdis to serveMethod1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add turmeric powder, salt and mix well. Cook for 30 seconds. Add puffed rice and saut for 1 minute. Transfer in a large bowl.2. Add puffed wheat, puffed barley, puffed quinoa and tsp chaat masala and mix well.3. Add onion, tomato, green chillies, cut the avocado into small pieces and add into the bowl. Add lemon juice, salt, remaining chaat masala and black salt and mix well. 4. Add coriander leaves and sev and mix well. Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with coriander leaves and crisp papdis.
