Avocado Chiffon Cake -

Finally took up the challenge to bake this Avocado Chiffon Cake. The ingredients are pretty simple with eggs, cake flour, sugar, avocado & lemon
.
Luckily the result was still satisfying with fluffy texture despite of that slightly moist bottom due to the mashed avocado. Shall use a hand blender to pure it next round
.
Ingredients:
4 egg yolks (65g)
10g caster sugar
80g cake flour
Pinch of salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
100g Avocado mashed
zest of 1 lemon
1 tsp lemon juice
.
Meringue:
4 egg whites (140g)
65g sugar
1/4 tsp lemon juice
