Finally took up the challenge to bake this Avocado Chiffon Cake. The ingredients are pretty simple with eggs, cake flour, sugar, avocado & lemon.Luckily the result was still satisfying with fluffy texture despite of that slightly moist bottom due to the mashed avocado.
