Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
Prepare Spicy Sambal:
-Cooking oil for frying
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 50g
-Lehsan (Garlic) 14-15 cloves
-Sukhi lal mirch (Dried red chillies) 5-6
-Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) tsp
-Sugar tsp
-Lemon juice 1 & tbs
Prepare Smashed Fried Chicken:
-Chicken quarter pieces 4
-Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste
-Zeera (Cumin) powder 1 tsp
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) tsp
-Soy sauce 1 & tbs
-Cooking oil for frying

Directions:
Prepare Spicy Sambal:
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry green chillies & garlic on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
-Add dried red chillies & fry for 2-3 minutes.
-In a mortal & pestle,add fried chillies & garlic,salt,cumin seeds,sugar & crush to make a paste.
-Add lemon juice & mix well.Sambal is ready!
Prepare Smashed Fried Chicken:
-In a bowl,add chicken,salt,cumin powder,turmeric powder,soy sauce & mix well,cover & marinate for 30 minutes.
-In a wok,reheat cooking oil & fry marinated chicken on low flame until golden brown (7-8 minutes each side).
-Pound fried chicken piece with meat mallet & apply prepared spicy sambal on it.
-Serve with rice!

-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein,hari mirchein aur lehsan ko halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya fry ker lein.
-Dried red chillies dal ker 2-3 minutes kliya fry ker lein.
-Mortal & pestle mie fried chillies & lehsan,namak,zeera aur cheeni dal dein aur crush ker ka paste tayyar ker lein
-Lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.Sambal tayyar hai.
Prepare Smashed Fried Chicken:
-Bowl mein chicken,namak,zeera powder,haldi powder aur soy sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil ko dubara garam karein aur marinated chicken ko halki ancch per golden brown ho janay tak fry ker lein (7-8 minutes each side).
-Fried chicken piece ko meat mallet ki madad sa pound karein aur tayyar spicy sambal laga lein.
-Chawal ka saath serve karein!
