Ayurvedic Mukhwas | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

This mouth freshner has all the healthy and nutritious ingredients. Do try and make it at home !

AYURVEDIC MUKHWAS

Ingredients

¼ cup fennel seeds
¼ cupdhania dal
¼ cup white sesame seeds
1 tablespoon flax seeds
1 tablespoon carom seeds
1 tablespoon dill seeds
¼ cup grated dried coconut
2 tablespoons rock candy, broken
1 teaspoon ginger powder
1 teaspoon jethimadh powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
½ teaspoon clove powder

Method

1. Heat a non-stick pan. Add fennel seeds, roast till fragrant. Transfer in a bowl and cool. Similarly dry roast, dhania dal, sesame seeds, flax seeds, carom seeds, dill seeds and coconut till fragrant.
2. Add rock candy, ginger powder, jethimadh powder, cinnamon powder and clove powder to the roasted mixture and mix well.
3. Store in an airtight container.
