INGREDIENTS
1. Cow Peas - 1 Cup
2. Onions - 1/2 Cup
3. Mustard Seeds - 1/2 Teaspoon
4. Cumin Seeds - 1/2 Teaspoon
5. Green Chillies - 4
6. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
7. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 Teaspoon
8. Salt - 1 Teaspoon
9. Curry Leaves - 1/2 Cup
10. Coriander Leaves - 1/2 Cup

Wash and soak cow peas for 3-4 hours
Put the soaked cow peas in a cooker, add water till they are completely immersed in water
Add 1/2 teaspoon salt and close lid
Cook for 2 whistles
Don't throw away the remaining water in the cooker
This water can be used to make cow peas rasam
Fry these cow peas
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in pan
Add 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds, 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds and 1/2 cup diced onions
As onions become transparent, add green chillies and fry
Close lid and fry
Add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste and mix
Fry for a minute and add salt to taste.
Mix
Add boiled cow peas and mix
Cook for 5 minutes on low flame
Sprinkle coriander leaves and serve hot!
