Ingredients/ Method

1 frozen banana
3/4 walnuts
1/2 cup cashews
2 tbsp sugar
1 cup quick cooking oats
1/2 cup pitted dates
3/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Mix all these ingredients and bake them at 350 F for 30 mins in a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
