Badi or Vadi in Kumaon is small sun-dried dumplings made with various spices, lentils & greens. They are sun-dried on rooftops and stored for later use in the kitchen. One of the dishes which I explored with this #Pahari #Badi is Badi ki Subzi. This Badi is made of dried stems of arbi (colocasia), arbi leaves, mash dal, garlic & coriander.
