Baingan BhartaIngredients• Brinjal- 1Whole• Onion-20gms• Tomatoes-20gms• Garlic-10gms• Green Chillies-5gms• Red Chilly Powder-1Tsp• Garam Masala-1Tsp• Turmeric-1Tsp• Cumin Powder-1Tsp• Curd-20ml• Peanuts-20gms• Coriander Leaves- For Garnish• Salt- To Taste• Oil-20mlMethod• Heat the oil, add garlic and onion and sauté for a while. Add chopped tomatoes & cooked till the tomatoes are nicely mashed.• Add green chillies & the powdered spices (red chilly powder, turmeric, cumin powder & garam masala).• Add whole Brinjal which has been roasted, peeled & minced.
