Ingredients:
Prepare Boora Sugar:
-Sugar 1 Cup
-Water 3 tbs
-Oleprs Tarrka Desi Ghee 1 tbs
Prepare Baisan Ladoo:
-Olpers Tarrka Desi Ghee Cup
-Baisan (Gram flour) sifted 3 Cups
-Oleprs Tarrka Desi Ghee 2 tbs
-Oleprs Tarrka Desi Ghee 2 tbs
-Water 2 tbs
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) tsp
-Badam (Almonds) chopped 1 tbs
-Pista (Pistachios) chopped 1 tbs

Directions:
Prepare Boora Sugar:
-In a wok,add sugar,water,mix well & cook on medium flame until sugar is dissolved (2-3 minutes).
-Add desi ghee,mix well & cook for a minute then move it to a cool surface & keep stirring until cools down.Boora sugar is ready!
Prepare Baisan Laddu:
-In a wok,add desi ghee & let it melt.
-Add gram flour,mix well & cook on medium low flame until fragrant (8-10 minutes).
-Add 1-2 tbs of desi ghee in between,mix continuously & cook on low flame until smooth paste is formed (3-4 minutes).
-Add water,mix well & cook on low flame until it dries up (2 minutes).
-Remove from flame,add cardamom powder,almonds,pistachios & mix continuously until cools down to room temperature.
-Now add prepared boora sugar & mix until well combined.
-Grease hands with ghee,take a small quantity of mixture (50g) & make laddu of equal sizes (makes 12)
-Garnish with edible silver leaf,pistachios,dried rose petals & serve!

-Karahi mein cheeni aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per cheeni ghul janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes).
-Desi ghee dal ker ache tarhan mix ker ka ek minute kliya paka lein phir cool surface per rakh dein aur musalsal stir kertay hoye thanda ker lein.Boora sugar tayyar hai.
Prepare Baisan Laddu:
-Karahi mein desi ghee dal ker melt ker lein.
-Baisan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani halki ancch per khushbu anay tak paka lein (8-10 minutes).
-Bech bech mein 1-2 tbs desi ghee shamil karein aur musalsal mix kertay hoye halki ancch per smooth paste form ho janay tak paka lein (3-4 minutes).
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per dry ho janay tak paka lein (2 minutes).
-Chulhay sa hata lein,elaichi powder,badam aur pista dal dein aur musalsal mix kertay hoye room temperature per thanda ker lein.
-Ab tayyar boora sugar dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Haathon ko ghee sa grease karein,mixture ki small quantity (50g) lein aur ek jaisay sizes ka laddu tayyar ker lein (makes 12).
-Chandi warq,pista aur dried rose petals sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
