No Bake Chocolate Lazy Cake Recipe by Food Fusion

Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Peek Freans Marie Biscuits 200g
-Makhan (Butter) unsalted 200g (room temperature)
-Icing sugar 150g
-Chocolate melted 250g
-Badam (Almonds) chopped 2 tbs
Prepare Chocolate Ganache:
-Cooking chocolate chopped 150g
-Cream 150g
-Makhan (Butter) 1 tbs
-Instant coffee 1 tsp
-Warm water 1 tbs
-Whipping cream
-Sprinkles

Directions:
-Break marie biscuits into pieces & set aside.
-In a bowl,add butter & beat well.
-Add icing sugar & beat until creamy.
-Gradually add melted chocolate & beat until well combined.
-Add almonds,marie biscuits & fold gently.
-On 7-inch springform baking pan lined with butter paper,add prepared mixture & spread evenly,cover with cling film & refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
Prepare Chocolate Ganache:
-In a bowl,add cooking chocolate,cream & microwave for 1 minute & mix well.
-Add butter & microwave for 30 seconds then mix well until chocolate melts.
-In a small bowl,add instant coffee,warm water & whisk well.
-Now add dissolved coffee in melted chocolate,mix well & set aside.
-Carefully remove cake from springform pan & pour prepared chocolate ganache.
-Garnish with whipping cream,sprinkles & serve!

-Bowl mein makhan dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Icing sugar dal dein aur creamy ho janay tak beat ker lein.
-Thora thora ker ka melted chocolate dal dein aur ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Badam aur marie biscuits dal ker gently fold ker lein.
-7-inch springform baking pan lined with butter paper per tayyar mixture dal ker evenly pheela lein,cling film sa cover karein aur 2-3 hours kliya refrigerate ker lein.
Prepare Chocolate Ganache:
-Bowl mein cooking chocolate aur cream dal ker 1-minute kliya microwave karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Makhan dal ker 30 seconds kliya microwave ker lein phir chocolate melts ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chotay bowl mein instant coffee aur neem garam pani dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Ab dissolved coffee ko melted chocolate dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Cake ko carefully springform pan sa nikal lein aur tayyar chocolate ganache pour ker lein.
-Whipping cream & sprinkles sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
