Made even more delicious when met with the goodness of Olper's Dairy Cream. #OlpersDairyCream #GoodnesBarhao #FoodFusion #HappyCookingToYou #MangoRecipes Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/43s8h3pRecipe in English:Ingredients:Prepare Mango Compote:-Aam (Mango) small cubes 400g -Sugar 6 tbs -Lemon juice 1 tbsPrepare Cheesecake with Homemade Cream Cheese:-Olpers milk 1 litre & Cup-Lemon juice 2 & tbs-Namak (Salt) tsp-Makhan (Butter) unsalted 50g-Olpers cream 2 tbs (room temperature) -Olpers cream chilled 200ml-Prepared cream cheese 150g-Sugar powdered 6 tbs-Lemon juice 1 tbs-Mango essence tspPrepare Biscuit Layer:-Biscuits of your choice 140g-Makhan (Butter) melted 60g-Badam (Almonds) chopped 2 tbsDirections:Prepare Mango Compote:-In a frying pan,add mango,sugar,lemon juice,mix well & cook on medium flame until sugar melts & it thickens (2 minutes) & let it cool.Prepare Cheesecake with Homemade Cream Cheese:-In a wok,add milk & bring it to boil.-Add lemon juice,mix well & cook on low flame until curdle and keep stirring in between (the milk should have separated into clumps of milky white curds and thin, watery, yellow-colored whey).-Set a strainer over a bowl,place muslin cloth & pour the curdle mixture through the strainer to separate whey & let it drain for 15 minutes.-In a chopper,add cheese,salt & chop well.-Add butter,cream & chop until well combined.Homemade cream cheese is ready!
