Baked Buttermilk Hot Wings & Creamy Herb Dressing - GameDay Snack

I love me some killer fried wings, but every once in a while its nice to give the fried stuff a rest a try out a whole new world of baked wings that is to die for. It's also a heck of a lot easier to clean-up and deal with overall. Also, homemade dressings are where it's at especially the creamy variations. Nothing beats fresh herbs in a dressings no matter what anyone says. I hope you guys whip these up on game-day and enjoy them your friends and family! Ingredients are down at the bottom.

Ingredients:
Brine:
12-16 chicken wings
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup pickle juice
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp cayenne
1 tbsp grated garlic
1 tbsp chili powder (or Aleppo pepper)
1 tbsp black pepper

Dredge:
1 cup flour
1tbsp paprika
1 tbsp cayenne
1 tbsp chili powder
salt & pepper

Dressing:
4 tbsp mayo
4 tbsp buttermilk
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tbsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
