Baked Cheese Dip | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Amazing baked cheese dip with lots of cheese, sour cream, tomatoes, and fresh basil. Perfect served warm with bread. Nothing is more alluring than a bowl of silky, molten cheese.

BAKED CHEESE DIP

Ingredients

Philadelphia cream cheese
8-10 salted biscuits
1 teaspoon red chilli flakes
1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley + for sprinkling
Crushed black peppercorns to taste
Salt to taste
2 fresh jalapeno, finely chopped
30 grams mozzarella cheese
Nacho chips for serving

Method

1. Preheat oven to 180° C.
2. Put salted biscuits in a zip-lock bag, seal and crush using a rolling pin.
3. Take cream cheese in a bowl and whisk. Add chilli flakes, 1 teaspoon parsley, crushed peppercorns, salt and jalapenos and whisk well.
4. Put the cream cheese mixture into a glass baking dish and level it out. Grate mozzarella cheese, spread crushed salted biscuits and sprinkle some parsley.
5. Put the dish into the preheated oven and bake till the cheese turns golden brown.
6. Serve with nacho chips.
