Baked Chicken Fingers Recipe in English:

Ingredients of Chicken Fingers:
1/2 kg Chicken boneless
2 cups Milk
2 tbsp Lemon juice
2 cups Corn flakes (finely crushed)
2 tbsp All-purpose flour
1 tbsp Dried Thyme
1 tbsp Dried Parsley
2 tsp Dried Basil
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Onion powder
1 ½ tsp Red chili flakes
1 tsp Black pepper
Salt to taste

Ingredients for Honey Mustard Sauce:
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup Honey
1/4 cup Olive oil
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1/2 tsp Red chili flakes
1 tsp Black pepper
Salt to taste

Directions for chicken fingers:
Take chicken breast, cut them into strips and set aside.
In a bowl add lukewarm milk, lemon juice and mix it well. Leave it for 8 to 10 minutes and your buttermilk is ready.
Take chicken strips, dip them in buttermilk for 10 minutes.
In a bowl mix corn flakes crumbs, flour, parsley, thyme, basil, garlic powder, onion powder, red chili flakes, black pepper, salt and mix it all well.
Take chicken strips and coat them in corn flakes mix properly by gently pressing them to adhere.
Bake them in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is properly cooked.

Directions for honey mustard sauce:
In a bowl mix dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, red chili flakes, black pepper and salt.
Your sauce is ready, serve with freshly baked chicken fingers and enjoy.
