Baked Chocolate Oatmeal Breakfast Recipe Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

When thinking of a lazy and a decadent breakfast, the Baked Chocolate Oatmeal is just what you need. It has the goodness of oats and the sassiness of the chocolate

BAKED CHOCOLATE OATMEAL

Ingredients

Dark chocolate chips for sprinkling
2 cups rolled oats
2 ripe yellow bananas
2 tsps baking powder
A large pinch of salt
1 cup creamy peanut butter
4 tbsps brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup milk

Method

1. Preheat the oven at 180C.
2. Put the rolled oats in the grinder jar, peel the bananas, break it into small pieces and add into the jar. Add baking powder, salt, peanut butter, brown sugar, vanilla essence, milk and grind to a fine paste.
3. Transfer a portion of the ground paste into individual ramekin moulds, sprinkle dark chocolate chips, add the remaining ground paste into each mould. Sprinkle some more dark chocolate chips. Place these ramekins in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes.
4. Bring them out the oven and allow to cool slightly.
5. Serve warm.
