INGREDIENTS:

1.5 cups all purpose flour/maida
2 tbsp ghee/butter
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp milk
some cold water to knead

FILLING
2-3 tbsp ghee
2 cups grated carrots
1/2 cup grated coconut
1.5 cups milk
1 cup sugar or more as per taste
1/2 cup khoya
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
3 tbsp chopped nuts
