A flavorful street food inspired snack that is made with baked potatoes BAKED POTATO CANAPÉ CHAAT - (Serves - 4)Ingredients2 large non-starchy potatoes with skin12-16 baked canapé shells Oil for greasingSalt to taste Yogurt as requiredTamarind chutney for drizzling Green chutney for drizzling Fresh pomegranate pearls for toppingChaat masala for sprinklingRed chilli powder for sprinklingChopped fresh coriander leaves for sprinkling Red bell pepper curls for garnishing Method1. Preheat oven at 180ºC. 2. Cut potatoes into small cubes. Grease a baking tray with some oil.3. Place the potato cubes on the tray, sprinkle little salt on them, put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes. 4. Fill canapé shells with spoonfuls of the baked potato cubes. Drizzle yogurt, tamarind chutney, green chutney and top with pomegranate pearls.5. Sprinkle chaat masala, chilli powder, salt and coriander leaves on top.
