Dough bananay ke ajza:
Maida 2 cup
Namak 1 chaye ka chamach
Zaitoon ka tail 2 khanay ke chamach
Mix herbs 1 khanay ka chamach
Pani hasb-e-zarurat

Filling bananany ke ajza:
Anday ki safaidi 3
Pyaaz (katti hui) 1/2 cup
Shimla mirch (katti hui) 1/2 cup
Gajar (katti hui) 1/2 cup
Hari mirch (katti hui) 2 khanay ke chamach
Paprika powder 1 chaye ka chamach
Namak hasb-e-zarurat
Kali mirch powder 1 chaye ka chamach

Assembling:
Tayar dough
Tayar filling
Mozerella cheese hasb-e-zarurat
Anday ki zardi 5-6

Tarkeeb:
1. Dough bananay ke liye aik bowl me maida, namak,zaitoon ka tail, mix herbs or pani daal kar aik naram dough gondh len or 20 minute side pe rakh den.
2. Filling bannay ke liye aik bowl me anday ki safaidi, pyaaz, Shimla mirch, gajar, hari mirch, paprika powder,namak or kali mirch powder daal ke mix krlen.
3. Assembling k liye tayar dough ko 8 hisso me barabar kaat len. har aik hissa ke payday bana kar bail len.
4. Ab pack pe di gae hidayat ke mutabik K&Ns Frankfurter Sausages ko naram karlen.
5. Ab lakari ki do sticks len or inhen aik dusray ke matawazeh rakh kar in ke darmeyan me sausage rakhen.
6. Ab frankfurter sausage pe churi se kat lagayen in ko tukron me na katen.
7. Ab frankfurter sausage ko baili hui dough pe rakh kar dough ko kinaron se pakar kar sausage pe daal den.
8. Ab is pe cheese or tayar filling daal kar anday ki zardi rakhen.
9. Phir issay greese kiye huway tray pe rakh kar pehlay se garam kiye huway oven me daal kar 180 degree par 7- 8 minutes ki liye bake karen
10. Ab oven se nikaal kar garam garam serve karen. Baked sausage with egg recipe tayar hai.

Baked Sausage with Eggs
Ingredients for Dough:
All-purpose flour 2 cups
Salt 1 tsp
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Mixed herbs 1 tbsp
Water as required

Ingredients for Filling:
Eggs whites 3
Onion (chopped) 1/2 cup
Capsicum (chopped) 1/2 cup
Carrots (chopped) 1/2 cup
Green chilies (chopped) 2 tbsp
Paprika powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp / to taste
Black pepper powder 1 tsp

Ingredients for Assembling:
Prepared dough
Prepared filling
Mozzarella cheese (grated) as required
Egg yolks 5-6

Directions for Dough Preparation:
1. To make a dough, in a bowl add flour, salt, olive oil, mixed herbs, water and knead a soft dough. Let it rest for 20 minutes. Set aside.
Directions for Filling Preparation:
2. In a bowl add egg whites, onion, capsicum, carrots, green chilies, paprika powder, salt, black pepper powder and mix it well. set aside.
Directions for Assembling:
3. Take the prepared dough and cut into 8 equal parts. Take each part and make a dough ball. Roll out each dough into a circular sheet with a rolling pin.
4. Thaw K&Ns Frankfurter Sausages as per instructions on the pack.
5. Now take 2 wooden skewers and place them parallel to each other, place a K&Ns Frankfurter Sausage between them.
6. Now place cuts on the K&Ns Frankfurter Sausage with knife till wooden skewers. Do not cut it into slices.
7. Place K&Ns Frankfurter Sausage on top of the rolled out dough. Secure the edges of the dough inside the already cut indents of the K&Ns Frankfurter Sausage to form a ring.
8. Add cheese and prepared filling in the formed ring and place egg yolk on top.
9. Transfer it onto a greased baking tray and bake it in a preheated oven at 180C for 7-8 minutes or until the K&Ns Frankfurter Sausage and egg is cooked through.
10. Remove the Baked K&Ns Frankfurter Sausage with egg from the oven. Serve it warm.
