To make a dough, in a bowl add flour, salt, olive oil, mixed herbs, water and knead a soft dough. Let it rest for 20 minutes. Set aside.Directions for Filling Preparation:2. In a bowl add egg whites, onion, capsicum, carrots, green chilies, paprika powder, salt, black pepper powder and mix it well. set aside.Directions for Assembling:3. Take the prepared dough and cut into 8 equal parts. Take each part and make a dough ball. Roll out each dough into a circular sheet with a rolling pin.4.
