Cut this loaf into bite size pieces. It is perfect for parties, buffets and to serve with pre-dinner drinks.Preparation Time: 10 minutes. Cooking Time: Nil. Makes 6 rolls. Soaking Time: 30 minutes. Baking Temperature: 200°C (400°F). Baking Time: 5 minutes.3 hot dog rolls, cut horizontallyTo be mixed into a topping10 sun-dried tomatoes, soaked in warm water for 30 minutes and chopped1¼ cups grated processed cheese1 tbsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)1 tbsp dry red chilli flakes 1 tbsp finely chopped black olives1 tbsp olive oilSalt to taste1.Divide the topping into 6 equal portions and spread each portion of the topping on each hot dog roll halve.2.Arrange the hot dog roll halves on a greased baking tray and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 4 to 5 minutes or until the cheese melts.3.Cut into pieces and serve immediately.Handy tip:You will find sun-dried tomatoes available dry or preserved in olive oil at gourmet stores.If you are using sun-dried tomatoes preserved in olive oil, you do not have to soak them in water.
