BANANA AND BUTTER SCOTH DOSA | Vahchef - VahRehVah

Chikki and banana topped dosa, very well cated to kids and people who loves sweet.

Ingredients:
Rice, regular 2 Cup
Par-boiled rice 1 Cup
Urad dal 1 Cup
Fenugreek seeds 1/4 Teaspoons
Pressed Rice 1/4 Cup
Butter for frying 3-4 Tablespoons
Ripe Banana 2-3 Numbers
Peanut Chikki, coarsely crushed 1-2 Numbers

Directions:
1.Soak rice, par-boiled rice or idli rice, urad dal, pressed rice, fenugreek seeds in water for few hours, drain the water and blend to a fine paste.
2.Keep this batter in a warm place to ferment and then use to make the dosa. Add little salt and mix well.
3.Take a spoon full of batter and pour it onto a hot tawa and spread evenly in circular motion to make a slightly thick dosa.
4.Drizzle some butter on the side and centre of the dosa.
5.Cover the dosa with a lid and just cook for few minutes.
6.Take ripe banana pieces (cut into slices) and arrange it on one side of the dosa, put the lid on and let it cook for a minute. 7.Sprinkle some crushed peanut chikki over the banana, fold the dosa, cover with lid and again cook for a minute.
8.Remove and serve hot.
