BANANA BONBONS
In this episode, I'd like to share with you how to prepare
chocolate-dipped banana bites. It takes no time yet so delicious.

INGREDIENTS
3 bananas
Ground cinnamon (if desired)
160 g. (6 oz) dark chocolate
2 tbsp roasted nuts (coarsely chopped)
Parchment-lined baking sheet

DIRECTIONS
Slice the peeled bananas and transfer it to a parchment-lined
baking sheet.
Sprinkle 1 tsp of cinnamon if desired then freeze the banana bites
while the chocolate is melting.
Drop one of the banana slices into a colander, use a spoon,
coat with melted chocolate and remove excess chocolate.
Transfer it to the baking sheet and use your fingers to sprinkle nuts
over the top of the banana slice.
Repeat with the remaining banana slices then leave at
room temperature until the chocolate is completely solidified.
Bites will keep for up to 3 months in the freezer and
for a day at room temp.
