Set aside. In another bowl, using an electric mixer, cream the butter. Gradually, pour in the sugar and eggs. Mix in the banana and vanilla. Mix in half of the flour mixture. Add the milk and mix until smooth. Mix in the remaining flour mixture. Set aside. In another large bowl, cream together the sugar, brown sugar, butter and peanut butter. Add the eggs, milk and vanilla extract and mix until well combined. Add flour mixture into the peanut butter mixture and mix well. Transfer to a well greased or parchment lined square pan and bake at 350ºF for 20-25 minutes. To make peanut butter frosting, mix together the icing sugar, peanut butter and add milk until you reach the desired consistency. Once the squares have cooled, top with frosting.Enjoy!
