Banana Fritters | Pazham Pori | Indian Mom's Kitchen

Banana Fritters are made with ripe Kerala Bananas. It is a very popular dish down south. In this video, I have shown how to make Banana Fritters or Pazham Pori at home very easily. Given below are the ingredients of this Banana fritters recipe.

Ingredients:
(In the order of instructions)
2 ripe Kerala Bananas
1/4 cup Sugar
1 cup Water
1 cup Maida
1/2 cup Rice flour
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
A pinch of Salt
1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
Oil for deep frying
