Try it out at home and let us know what you think!Ingredients:1 tbsp oil1 tsp mustard seeds1/2 tsp chana dal1/2 tsp urad dalCurry leaves -few1 tsp each of chopped ginger and green chilliesPinch of turmeric powderSalt to tasteA pinch asafoetida (hing)2 to 3 raw banana plantain, steamed1 tsp lime juice1/4 cup grated coconutCoriander leavesMethod:Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Once it crackles, add chana dal, urad dal, curry leaves, green chillies, ginger and sauté for few seconds, till dals are cooked.Add raw banana , turmeric, hing, salt and cook on medium flame for a minute or two.
