Ingredients
Banana: 1 each per roll
Kissan Mixed Fruit Jam: 1 tablespoon
Chopped walnuts: 2 tablespoons
Cooked brown rice: ½ cup
Whole wheat roti: 2
Lemon juice: 1 teaspoon

Method of preparation
Take a mixing bowl, add rice, Kissan Mixed Fruit Jam, lemon juice and walnuts. Mix it together
Lay the roti on a cutting board and spread the rice mix on the roti and add banana halves
Roll it tightly and make a wrap
Trim the edges and cut the roll into two halves
